Session Review
For today's final session I had met with Matthew yesterday so we could
attempt to shoot the final scenes using the props Kate had created such as the
text message , paper tear cut outs and message box. Matthew and I, however, had met
inside the university which was surprisingly almost a ghost town on a Sunday,
we had headed into the main town square after attempting to contact Kate but
soon departed to the Hive library to plan how we were going to take the final
shots and who could possibly aid Mathew in filming the night time shots since I
had to catch a train back to Birmingham no later than 18:26 on a Sunday.
However in the library after planning which major Worcester site to shoot
the final scenes such as the cathedral in the town square or the hive building outside.
Eventually after looking at Worcester’s city landscape from the Hives third floor
building and contemplating on how the final shots would be taken. I had
suggested however that Matthew should give Kate a phone call not a text message
so that she could be told what were planning to do directly.
Additionally, so that she could not avoid helping in the final shooting of
the film. Thankfully during the phone call she had agreed to meet up with Matt
on the campus in the late evening. So I am hoping she comes through and films
the final scenes with Matthew and get the film ready before Monday afternoon. Also as a point of interest Matthews friend did come through and helped him
shoot some of the evening scenes near the bridge however while some of them
were of poor quality the majority of the footage was well taken.
